Whatever tool you use to send your #newsletter, you can check the stats, right?
Like open & click rates. And also which links worked best and other quantitative insights.
But what about the qualitative insights?
Do your #subscribers like your content? If they do, how much? And if they don’t, why?
Wouldn’t it be great to get their feedback?
I found a neat & fun way to do it. On a consistent basis! Here is how! ⤵️⤵️
Below the main piece of #content of your newsletter, ask the question “Did you like today’s story?”.
Below the question, insert 3 emojis or symbols – a happy one, an indifferent one and a sad one – and their meaning (like Loved it – Meh – Hated it).
Each emoji links to a Google form where they can leave you a comment if they want, explaining why they loved or hated it and what they would like you to improve.
✅ That’s it! You will be amazed by how much honest feedback you will gather!
Even if they won’t leave a comment, you can measure their preference by tracking the form link clicks.
👉Do you find it useful? Is there any other hack you use in your newsletter?
